As professionally licensed school counselors we are vital members of the education team to help maximize student success for ALL students by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program.
The School Counseling program includes:
- Applying academic strategies that will assist in achievement
- Assist in applying interpersonal skills and managing emotions
- Helping your student plan for their Post High School options (Career, College, Military, etc.)
School Counselor Qualifications:
*Minimum master's degree
*Meet state licensure standards
*Fulfill continuing education requirements
*Adhere to the Ethical and Professional standards set by the American School Counseling Association
